Snow Pony is a trendy little café in Balwyn.

The menu features brunch and lunch items alongside a few sweets (of particular note is their famous banana bread with coffee mascarpone and crushed pistachios).

Spiced roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and organic quinoa salad with almonds and feta

Slow cooked shoulder of lamb with carrot and mint salad, harissa dressing, grilled flatbread

While the food is generally of a good standard, the service can range from friendly to downright rude which is a real pity.
