Twee’s Hut’s mission is simple: to serve authentic Vietnamese fare under $10 in a contemporary setting.
The menu is authentic, affordable and takes you on a trip around Vietnam, all the way from up north to down south (from Grenades (rice paper rolls) to Bombs (vermicelli noodle bowls, or bún).
Captain Baguette
Freshly made Captain Baguettes, also known as bánh mì, come lathered in pâté (picked up by the Vietnamese during the French invasion), vegies and your choice of everything from vegetarian to traditional pork meatballs.
Soul Bowl
Signature dish, Twee’s Soul Bowl, (available dry or in soup) is a combination of egg noodles, dry rice noodles, pork, prawn, quail egg, lettuce, fried shallots, spring onion, coriander and peanuts and served with Twee’s special prawn cracker, fresh lemon and chilli.
Twee’s Hut menu also features 100 per cent natural, freshly squeezed Fru‐G Lifter juices. Each purchase of a Fru-G Lifter results in a charitable donation that goes towards improving the lives of others.
With favourites such as Pa Pa Pho and Ma Ma Spicy Beef (spicy beef noodle soup, or bún bò hue) coupled with speedy and friendly service Twee’s Hut is a winner.
