A Hereford Beefstouw launch

Nestled in one of Melbourne's finest dining precints off Flinders Lane, A Hereford Beefstouw has recently opened its doors with an offering of modern Nordic cuisine focusing on high quality steaks. The restaurant design has clearly been inspired  by the Danish culture with clean lines and contemporary art featuring throughout the venue. 

On the launch evening, the team of chefs prepared some lovely canapes to highlight what was going to be on offer.  We particularly enjoyed the Mini Danish Hotdogs which featured a Grilled sausage with pickled cucumbers, fried onion and sweet mustard. The garnish of fried onion provided that extra bit of crunch texture to the hotdog which left us wanting more!  

At A Hereford Beefstouw, the relaxed Nordic style menu can also be enjoyed with a wide selection of fine wines in a beautifully modern Danish designed setting .
