Al Porto Vecchio celebrates unpretentious Italian comfort food. The restaurant is located along the picturesque Williamstown Foreshore and has been open for over 20 years.
The pizzas at Al Porto Vecchio are our top pick from the menu. We loved the Pizza Bianca - think thin crust pizza topped with delicious layers of fior di latte, pumpkin, pesto, rocket, pine nuts and goat cheese. You can also indulge in hearty mains like the Wood oven baked, salsa verde, chat potatoes, green beans and steaks cooked to your liking.
For sweet tooths, there is a good selection of desserts including tiramisu and chocolate and walnut brownies served with vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel sauce.
Whatever you do, make sure you try they famous iced coffee - it's truly some of the best we have ever had. You can thank us later!
