Appy Eatery

The brainchild of Adrian Papazzowith, Appy Eatery presents guests with a new spring menu that looks to Asian and European flavours, whilst aligning with the founder’s Italian heritage.

Housed in an interior that speaks to clean, simple food touched with creativity, Appy Eatery is all about sleek lines with abundant natural light flowing through a floor to ceiling glass frontage, blonde wood floors and furniture, and overhead, a Petite Friture Vertigo pendent light takes pride of place, radiating the vibe of Papazzo’s happy café.

We loved tasting our way through Appy Eatery’s simple (yet simply delicious menu). For something with a creative twist try their “banh mi”: equal parts fresh and rich, flaky croissant sandwiches roast pork belly, a fried egg and salad. For the health conscious we recommend the Broccoli & buckwheat salad - An absolutely mouth-watering plate tied together by luxurious cashew cream and popcorn nuts for texture. Perfect for vegans (and everyone else), this was our favourite plate from Appy. If you’re after a sandwich instead then the classic combination of Eggplant parma, buffalo mozzarella, napoli and chili is a real winner.
