Launch of CHE
/The team behind successful establishments San telmo and Pastuso have opened a new casual dining restaurant in Brunswick called CHE. The venue is cosy with high ceilings and provides a setting which takes us to the streets of South America.
CHE focusses on 3 main dishes which is representative of their name. C stands for the chicken which is marinated in a variety of peruvian spices, and tastes delicious. The chicken can be served with option sides which include the hand cut chips with the divine housemade chicken salt. The second letter of the restaurant name , H, represents Helados which is the dulche de leche soft serve icecream topped with optional extras such as roasted macadamia. These add a texture to the icecream which lifts the simple dessert to another level. The last letter of CHE, E stands for the empanadas which are hand made and filled with various flavors such as beef, corn & cheese and chicken.
CHE is now opened at shop 3 , 296 Brunswick Street , Fitzroy.
