Cheeky Chewies

Located along Laverton's Aviation Road Cheeky Chewies Café is causing a stir among locals.

Only 3 months old and this café is bustling with locals and foodies excited to try their delicious and interesting brunch options.

The café brims with charm with a cohesive and modern design and splashes of bright colours and greenery. Perfect for families, the café also has a mini indoor play are for children.

We loved tasting our way through the menu. To start, we shared their chilli wonton - beautifully flavoursome boiled minced pork encased within slippery wonton skins and served with an addictive vinegar chilli sauce. The "I’m a Mamak Freak" was absolutely delicious. Think authentic Malaysian Nasi Lemak served on coconut rice, chicken rendang, homemade sambal, anchovies and peanuts. Similarly delicious was the "Laksa in a hurry" which features ribbons of egg noodles and rice noodles within a luxurious curry broth (which is served in a lighted teapot so you can ensure the broth stays warm!) 

With a delicious and exciting menu, friendly service and comfortable surrounds, Cheeky Chewies was always going to be a success story.
