Co Hanh DIY Meal Kits

Named after a humble mother who’s love of authentic Vietnamese cuisine has been brought to Melbourne Cô Hạnh delights Melbournians with home style Vietnamese cuisine made from traditional family recipes passed on and serving the way it is meant to be.

Despite Melbourne being in lock down, fans of Co Hanh can still enjoy their deliciously authentic cuisine at home with the stunning range of Co Hanh DIY meal kits. The kits contain everything you need for your feast at home and is partially cooked with just a teeny bit of work to finish them off so they taste perfectly cooked to order.

We recently tried the very popular Wine & Dine Me pack which is truly the ultimate dine in experience, bringing you Co Hanh flavours at home. The pack costs $100 and is an incredible feast for two and includes a lovely bottle of wine.  

For entrees, there is Co Hanh's delicious fried chicken served wtih Co Hanh’s secret chilli jam sauce as well as plump seared Canadian scallops served with red curry scallop sauce.

For mains, Co Hanh's famous tamarind pork belly is a true winner. Crispy, sticky, gooey and just a whole lot of awesome topped with a fresh Vietnamese herb salad. The Co Hanh red curry is similarly delicious. Think tender morsels of chicken laced with heady red curry and topped with chilli, kaffir lime leaves, fried shallots, crispy wontons and Thai basil. Both these main dishes go perfectly with the accompanying aromatic and fluffy coconut rice.

To finish, the Vietnamese flan is a real treat. We loved this Vanilla bean custard infused with Trung Nguyen coffee caramel.
