Collective Espresso

Collective Espresso embodies Melbourne's thriving café scene - wonderfully casual interior, good food, great coffee and incredibly amiable staff.

The venue is perfect for lazing away the weekend afternoon and enjoying the simple things in life.

We loved tasting our way through the menu.

The Super Salad is absolutely stunning. Made from a brocollini, puffed organic quinoa, turmeric  dressing, with hazelnuts and veganaise (made from soy milk), this salad is a beautiful amalgamation of flavours and textures. Definitely one that was a triumph for vegetarians and certainly would tempt any carnivore!

The cafe also features a selection of delicious ever-changing specials made from market fresh ingredients. 

As expected of any great Melbourne cafe, the coffee is excellent. For those not so caffeine-inclined, make sure you try the BAM - a wonderfully refreshing blueberry, apple, and mint slushie which goes down a treat during this warm weather.
