East Pole: The new mid-strength distillery set to shake up the industry

Boldly balanced and ready to recalibrate the way we all enjoy gin, East Pole is Australia’s first dedicated mid-strength distillery. Crafted in Melbourne using the finest Australian botanicals, East Pole launches with two mid-strength gins, Classic Dry and Pink Grapefruit, that each capture the intensity, mouth- feel and taste profile of a full-strength gin, but with only 22.3% ABV.

Finally, there is a seriously amazing option for those who want a full-flavoured gin with less alcohol! 

East Pole Classic Dry Gin is distilled with juniper, liquorice, whole lemon & coriander seeds. The result is a smooth, complex and perfectly balanced taste. Best served with Capi Dry Tonic and a wedge of fresh lemon. The

East Pole Pink Grapefruit Gin on the other hand is distilled with pink grapefruit, sea salt and a hint of strawberry gum. It has aperfectly balanced flavour and a touch of pink. This gin is lovely with Capi regular tonic, a wedge of fresh, pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
