/Founded in Sydney, Fishbowl specialises in making fresh salads with a Japanese influence. Serving up a wide variety of salad bowls such as The O.G (with salmon sashimi, shallots, kale, beets, red onion, edamame with roasted sesame dressing, seaweed, tobiko and crispy shallots), Lil Umami (consisting of free range chicken, kale, cucumber, nori with red sesame dressing) and Tofu Boys with Tofu (of course) and edamame with miso tahini & shoyu dressing, Fishbowl is ideal for lunch.
Fishbowl has now landed in Melbourne with a focus on local produce and sustainable sourcing too.
