The venue has been completely redesigned to incorporate a traditional Chinese elegance with modern touches. Highlights of midnight blue and metallic gold provide guests along with spacious seating booths and two VIP rooms allow Fishpot to offer a charming and enriching dining experience.
Fishpot’s speciality is their unique fish soup base. The recipe is historically from Shantou China, a seaside town where freshness is everything to a cuisine and made popular throughout Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The broth is made predominantly from fresh grouper. The result is a soup base that is subtle but bold in flavour with a gentle kick of sweetness. This soup base pairs perfectly with the premium cuts of Japanese Wagyu and the freshest locally sourced seafood and vegetables - Perfect to pair with the buffet of condiments available for guests to create a whole range of delicious dipping sauces.
