Distinctly, Garden@One-Ninety offers a wide selection of creative, wholesome plant-based cuisine. These include signatures such as Vietnamese summer rolls with green mango; hamachi tiradito with daikon, jalapeño and citrus-soy sauce; sōmen noodles with portobello mushrooms, broccolini, tahini, crushed peanuts and chilli oil; wagyu beef pho with rice noodles and hoisin-peanut sauce as well as refreshing desserts like vanilla-soy panna cotta served with homemade coconut ice cream.
