High Cheese at The Westin
/The Westin Melbourne is bringing back its popular cheesy take on High Tea which will be available until 31 December.
Partnering with Prahran Market cheese experts Maker & Monger, High Cheese at The Westin is a decadent affair. Expect three tiers of stunning sweet and savoury treats with cheese as the hero ingredient.
We loved this deliciously cheesy take on the traditional High Tea. Start with deliciously gooey baked Normandy Camembert aux Calvados before you indulge in Black Truffle, porcini and walnut layered Brie Fermier la Tremblaye, Swiss Gruyere Vieux Gougères with burnt green leek and Marcel Petite Comté Réservation custard tarts.
On the sweet front, there is also plenty to love. Our top pick was the perfectly poached French pear with stracciatella, fresh honeycomb and smoked macadamia crumble as well as the Ruby chocolate parfait with Brillat Savarin frais and raspberry jam.
