High Seas at The Westin

The Westin’s new high tea is perfect for seafood lovers - Say hello to “High Seas”.

The Westin has partnered with Four Pillars  to bring a truly delicious menu celebrating the best of Australian seafood and gin. Beyond the three new Four Pillars gin cocktails on offer, every dish also incorporates a Four Pillars 'Made From Gin' product in creative and unexpected ways.  

We loved tasting our way through the three tiered seafood feast featuring delicious gin-infused seafood treats such as crumpets with Yarra Valley creme fraiche, Balmain bug sandwich, barramundi scotched egg, oysters with Four Pillars Rare Dry gin and red snapper dressing and Port Phillip Bay scallops with Four Pillars orange and mustard glaze, dill and parsley.   

High Seas will be served in Allegro Restaurant Monday to Sunday from 5.30pm and in the Lobby Lounge on Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 4pm. View the full menu here.
