La Madonna

Newly opened at the Next Hotel, La Madonna is helmed by talented chefs Danny Natoli and Adrian Li, and brings together dishes combining both their Sicilian and Asian heritage. We loved tasting our way through the menu which celebrates local produce and provocative yet utterly delicious dishes. Our top picks from the menu include the Kingfish Crudo with Confit Octopus and Forgotten Citrus, Bistecca ala Di'ana and The Compressed Tomato with White Soy, Stracciatella & Basil.

Highly recommended. A must visit if you’re in the area and definitely worth a special trip if you’re not.
