We loved tasting our way through 8 of their signature cocktails which have all been specially created by Kuta-born mixologist, I Putu Wirawan, who represents his team of highly skilled in-house bartenders and mixologists.
Our top picks include the Arak Salak which is a great cocktail for those looking for local fruity flavors. Arak is an original Balinese spirit distilled from palm sap or rice, and it’s easily found in the northeastern region of Bali’s Karangasem regency. It’s widely made here. Arak Salak is truly refreshing, a combination of Salak (snake skin fruit), mixed with arak.
Another favourite of ours is the Jamu Blossom - perfect if you’re up for herbal and floral sensations. Jamu, the Indonesian herbal drink, dates to 16th century Java, and uses locally sourced ingredients. The mixology concoction transforms the blend of homemade turmeric juice, tequila and 27 herbs liquor into such an aromatic cocktail composed of premium spirits.
Each signature cocktail at Le Bar uses locally inspired ingredients, to bring out exotic flavours and aromas with every sip. These heavenly blends make visiting Le Bar a must.
