Lunar New Year 2021 at Melba

To celebrate the Lunar new year Melba will be hosting two dinner sittings, one on Thursday 11th February 2021 and one on Friday 12th February 2021.

For $128.00 per adult (half price for children 12 and under), guests will enjoy ringing in the Year of the OX with an authentic Chinese menu that includes ginger and spring onion wok-fried lobster with noodles, Sake infused abalone sashimi, Tasmanian sea urchin and honey glazed barbecue pork and Chinese desserts including Chinese firecracker with whiskey and cherries ganache and chilled mango soup with pomelo and sago.

Diners will be given lucky envelopes and fortune cookies and all hotel guests and diners can admire the hotel’s distinctive floral display of gold and red blooms and decorations.
