On absolute highlight at Maddox Café are their hotcakes. The hotcakes come in a variety of flavours which are updated weekly.  Their loyal band of followers often wax lyrically of these fluffy, perfectly cooked sweet treats and it is easy to understand why. Their Easter Special of Hot Cross Hot Cakes were wonderful. Airy hotcakes were adorned with addictive burnt butter cream cheese, fragrant maple poached currants, textural pecan brittle and freeze dried mandarin. Amazing!

As expected of any good Melbourne café, Maddox also serve great freshly roasted espresso coffee.
