We loved indulging in the Crayfish Scrambled Egg Croissant which was just perfection. Think fluffy scrambled eggs with generous morsels of sweet and tender crayfish sandwiched in a buttery and flaky croissant.

For a twist on a Melbourne classic, Morpha’s avocado test is beautiful - crusty sourdough topped with edamame hummus, goats cheese, poached egg, furikake and pomegranate.

For something sweeter opt for pretty waffles. We tried the milk tea one with milk tea panacotta, compressed watermelon salad, crispy vanilla meringue, raspberry granola and passionfruit gel.
