For pasta lovers, the Cavatelli is hand-made and served with a hearty pork and fennel sausage, bathed in a luxurious cream sauce and infused with the earthy aroma of fresh sage. This comforting dish is a celebration of rustic Italian cooking, where each forkful is packed with flavour.
For something heartier, the 400g Lamb Shoulder is cooked overnight to perfection, ensuring tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat.
