South Yarra’s newest eatery, Nobi Yakiniku is drawing in the crowds with its high quality wagyu beef offering.
The eatery brings the concept of "chill and grill" to a whole new level, creating an environment perfect for grabbing a Japanese inspired cocktail to chill with and then picking up a set of tongs to grill meat and veg with.
We loved tasting our way through the Chef Special set menu. To start, edamame, beautifully fresh oysters and assorted sashimi whetted our appetites.
To follow, we indulged in a truly exquisite selection of M9 Oyster blade, M9 Tri Tip, M9 Cap Eye and M9 Karubi wagyu that was perfect to enjoy with the various dipping sauce, fluffy rice and miso soup. The meat was incredible, the high marbling providing the wagyu beef a juicy tenderness that simply melted in our mouths.
