Oneworld Knox is a warm and welcoming restaurant serving unpretentious and generous food for the soul. 

The broad menu is inspired by flavours from around the world spanning pastas, wood fired pizzas and a wide assortment of mains and salads. The space is bright, airy and modern with a large outdoor seating area which is perfect for lounging on a weekend.

We started with the Garlic Prawns and Pork Belly. The Tiger prawns were cooked perfectly and served with saffron rice that was perfect to soak up the creamy, garlic sauce. The pork belly was stunning. The pork was moist on the underside and contained the perfect amount of unctuous fat, encased in a crisp outer crust of crackling. Each bite was gratifying. The delicious Asian sweet soy and  aniseed sauce provided a delectable depth of flavour to the pork. 

For mains we highly recommend the Moroccan Goat - Think wonderfully tender goat cooked for hours and hours in tomatoes, cinnamon, apricot, dates and dry spices served with aromatic rice and cinnamon dusted yoghurt. Just beautiful. 

For the health conscious, the Lamb, Quinoa and Moroccan Nut salad ticks all the boxes with a healthy mix of Roquette, dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, nuts and creamy yoghurt - Certainly one mum would approve of!

The Chicken and Mushroom Risotto is another crowd pleaser. A hearty concoction of tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms, garlic cream sauce, spinach and a whole heap of parmesan cheese for good measure.

If possible do yourself a favour and save room for dessert - The Flan De Queso (Spanish style crème caramel) is a wonderfully sweet and decadent way to end your visit.
