Panda Hotpot in Melbourne celebrates the ancient craft of Sichuan hotpot. A variety of signature 12-hour broths that are each bursting with flavour are available as your base and then there is a huge selection of traditional and unconventional ingredients that are the finest and most authentic ingredients that are carefully sourced by the kitchen.
We loved our hot pot experience at Panda Hotpot. We variety was outstanding and the ambience was simply magical. Our top picks include the homemade tofu and noodles which are simply beautifully made.
One word of caution – the spicy broths are seriously fiery – even the “mild” one truly truly packed a punch.
To accompany the delicious hotpot, there are also a range of drinks available including a solid selection of Penfolds wines. The restaurant also allow BYO wine for a corkage of $15 per bottle.
