Prospect Espresso boasts a wonderfully casual interior, perfect for lazing away the weekend afternoon and enjoying the simple things in life.
We loved the dish of mushrooms which is a delectable amalgamation of wild mushrooms, braised mixed mushrooms, pickled shimeji mushroom, crispy kale, wilted green and poached eggs on sourdough.
For health fiends the green bowl is a thing of beauty with a healthy amalgamation of kale, quinoa, hummus and halloumi.
If you are a sweet tooth the acai bowl will leave you feeling pretty darn good!
