At a glance - San Telmo
/Fully inspired by its namesake, the rustic colonial neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, San Telmo is a parrilla (coal fire grill) restaurant, bringing Argentinean dining to Meyers Place.
We were pleased to meet Head Chef Chris Moran for a pre-dinner drink and a couple of dishes to receive an idea of what one can expect on the menu. We loved the delicious Peruvian style lemon-cured ceviche featuring delicate slices of white fish, sweet potato and onion. The house-made sausage (cooked on the parrilla - which has been specially created for the restaurant) was also beautiful - full of flavour with the perfect ratio of fat and meatiness.
We thoroughly enjoyed our little sneak peek and cannot wait to return.
