Tamper Food and Coffee

Nestled in the suburb of Prahran, Tamper Food and Coffee has recently opened its doors. The café offers three levels of dining space and is a relaxed environment for a delicious brunch.

With friendly staff and beautiful coffee from AU79, our Saturday brunch got off to a great start. The menu is extensive, offerring a bit of everything for all tastes.

We thoroughly enjoyed the scrambled eggs served with sundried tomatoes, chillis with capsicum puree, and the Hash which consisted of grilled haloumi, king brown mushrooms, fried egg  and a capsicum and sweet corn puree. 

Both dishes were wonderfully generous and was everything you could ask for in a classic brunch.

Before we left, we couldn't resist ordering the waffle ice cream sandwich which was the perfect way to end the meal. The waffle itself was light and fluffy and sandwiched in between was absolutely divine black sesame ice cream which was complemented by fresh mango and strawberry puree.
