After winning hearts across Australia during his stint on Masterchef, Khanh found a new home at The George On Collins back in 2019. As a partner in the business, Khanh continues to bring a new flair to Vietnamese cuisine - think super-fresh, super-moreish Vietnamese, made to share with your nearest & dearest.
We loved tasting our way through their banquet menu. An absolute must have is the pork belly. Think large nuggets of moist pork belly, which contained the perfect amount of unctuous fat, were encased in a crisp outer crust imbibed with sweet chilli caramel sauce. Each bite truly gratified the palate in both texture and taste. Another winner was the Sichuan beef stir fry with wombok, beans, green onion, chilli bean paste, coriander was similarly delicious and boasted amazing wok hei.
