/Located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley and at the junction of the burgeoning Ringwood region, The Sebel Melbourne Ringwood’s on-site restaurant - The Orchard Restaurant & Bar has just launched its new Spring Menu.
Curated by Head Chef Nathan George, The Orchard Restaurant & Bar’s new menu highlights rustic Victorian cuisine with modern European flavours whilst championing sustainably sourced ingredients and high-quality fresh seasonal produce from local growers, producers, winemakers and distillers located in the neighbouring Yarra Valley region.
Inaugural to The Orchard’s Spring 2022 Menu, each menu item has been carefully paired with a local wine varietal that seamlessly complements the delicate flavours within each dish.
The menu offers six small plates, six large plates, five sides and five desserts that are ideal for sharing.
We loved tasting our way through the menu. Highlights included the Crispy slow roast pork belly, ginger glaze, kohlrabi remoulade; Tender slow cooked pumpkin with chai spiced yoghurt and toasted grains; and for sweet tooths the Sticky toffee pudding with white chocolate ice cream and sweet miso caramel; and Black forest cherry pie with candied walnuts and infused double cream are amazing.
If you can’t decide what to choose, The Orchard Restaurant & Bar also offer a Chef’s Selection menu deal for $65pp, including two small plates, one large plate and two sides.
