From the team behind Hash Coffee, comes another stunning venue – Whitehorse Chloe. Located at the ground floor of The Chen (The Art’s Series new boutique hotel), Whitehorse Chloe impresses with an Asian-inspired brunch menu that really sets it apart from the standard brunch offerings in Box Hill.

The dish of Mashed Avocado is simple yet simply beautiful. Two perfect slices of toasted chia bread are topped with shaved green tomato, mashed avocado, cashew cream, edamame, nasturtium and buckwheat. It’s a real beauty.

If you have a sweet tooth then make sure you try the Matcha Buttermilk Waffle. We loved how the waffle was topped with a moreish mix of tonka bean cream, seasonal berries, date puree, cashew cream, organic rice syrip and corn oreo crumble. Simply yum!
