11 Inch delivers premium quality pizza in Melbourne CBD’s.

We absolutely loved the pizzas we sampled. The pizza bases were thin, light and had an excellent texture.

We tried two of their limited edition pizzas and were not disappointed. The potato pizza was picture perfect in appearance and outstanding in taste with beautifully tomato pulp, mozzarella, potato slices, caramelised onions, taleggio cheese and finished with truffle oil and basil leaves to create a delightful fusion of flavours that would keep any pizza enthusiast happy.

The nduja and fennel sausage pizza was similarly delicious. This tomato based pizza was embellished with stunning mozzarella, provolone, addictively spicy nduja, juicy fennel sausage, stracciatella, cheese and basil– a simply stunning combination.
