#ZomatoMeetUp at Little Collins Street Kitchen
/Gastrology recently attended a #ZomatoMeetUp at Little Collins Street Kitchen.
Little Collins Street Kitchen is a new seafood buffet destination for people who love to indulge. The modern setting is a lovely space for those who enjoy their fresh seafood. The buffet consists of a fresh selection of Coffin Bay oysters, Alaskan king crab legs. Champagne poached salmon, smoked salmon, prawns, black mussels, marinated octopus and scallop salad. The highlight were the absolutely fresh oysters which were devoured quickly.
To finish off the buffet, there is a selection of desserts and cheeses to choose from.
The black forest cake was moist and a delight to eat. The small serves of different cheesecakes and mousses were also great to enjoy. But the passionfruit creme brulee was the signature dessert which had a beautiful scorching on top with the crack that is required in a great creme brulee.
Little Collins Street Kitchen is located on Level 1 within the Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. The Seafood Buffet is available Wednesday to Sunday.
