Balgownie Estate offers award winning accommodation that boasts sweeping views of the Yarra Valley. We loved staying in the 1 Bedroom Privilege Spa Suite which was beautifully appointed with a spa bath and added extras such as complimentary bedside bottled water and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Whilst at Balgownie Estate, a wine tasting experience at their stylish cellar door is a must to taste some of Balgownie Estate’s extensive wines.
Dining at Rae’s Restaurant
Executive Chef, Grant Flack has created a menu that champions high quality, locally sourced ingredients that reflect the change of season. Each dish has been paired with a wine recommendation from Balgownie Estate’s in-house sommelier, so guests can cosy up and relax this winter next to the restaurant’s roaring fire. Breakfast at Rae’s Restaurant
After a wonderful night’s sleep in our luxurious suite, it was time for breakkie. Breakfast is a decadent affair with a full buffet on offer with pancakes, house made baked beans, sausages, poached eggs, fried eggs, sweet treats and all others items cooked by the chefs.

A visit to Natskin Day Spa which is conveniently on-site Balgownie Estate completes a truly relaxing weekend away. From the moment you enter Natskin Day Spa, time stops and you are transported to another world. Serene and indulgent, Natskin Day Spa offers a large range of beauty and relaxation treatments so that you can get the pampering you truly deserve.
We were spoiled with His & Her facials. The skilled therapists displayed the utmost professionalism and made our experience a memorable one.

Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, gym and steam room is also included as part of the stay.
Without exception, staff at Balgownie Resort were professional, friendly and always worked hard to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From the excellent food, fine wines and indulgent spa treatments, we enjoyed our weekend away at Balgownie Resort immensely and simply cannot wait to return.
