Banjo BBQ Feat Mustered Courage

Gastrology recently attended BANJO BBQ at the Retreat Hotel in Brunswick.

The BANJO BBQ is an event that brings bluegrass together with smokey Texan BBQ and the band does the cooking! We loved seeing ARIA nominated band Mustered Courage do their thing while chowing down on some Texan BBQ smoked by an actual Texan. 

The food was delicious - mouth watering Texas BBQ and classic handmade side dishes including Central Texas Style Beef Brisket, Homemade Texas Style Smoked Sausages
Beer Can Chicken, Coleslaw, Mac and Cheese and creamy Potato Salad. We loved the use of high quality ingredients such as Black Angus 240-day grain fed beef.
