Bastille Day at Pretty Boy

Pretty Boy and his gangster crew crossed the border last weekend for one night only to celebrate Bastille Day 2019. Pretty Boy’s Executive Chef, Michael Smith created a 5 course French inspired tasting menu filled with flavour and surprise, inspired by his time-spent working alongside the legendary Chef Jacques Reymond.

To complement the evening, each handcrafted course was perfectly matched the Perrier Jouèt Champagne collection. It was certainly an unforgettable evening in chic French Flair and Style.

Highlights from the menu included fluffy gruyere choux pastries, a stunning roulade of whiting, prawn and crab mousseline and smoky vichyssoise, hearty Burgundy braise beef cheek served with du puy lentils and jus gras and a luxurious Crème brulee to finish.
