If you are after a healthy and nutrient dense truly gratifying, the california salad is a winner – I delicious amalgamation of the tender morsels of chicken surrounded by red quinoa, kidney beans, pomegranate, kale, red cabbage, sweetcorn, pepitas, carrot, walnuts, grana padano and beetroot hummus all brought together by a spiced ginger dressing.
