Buza

We recently tried Buza Chicken's new range of Korean Fried Cauliflower bites and are happy to report they are DELICIOUS. These babies come in four delectable flavours, soy smoke, original, sweet and spicy, and snow cheese. We loved these crunchy delectable bites which caters to the fast-growing vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian market.

We also tried their Korean fried chicken, which was seriously yum. These guys keep it simple. It's all about the quality of the ingredients, a light clean canola oil, the unique, Korean spices and toppings, and the careful preparation of the chicken.
