The restaurant is housed within the grand hall of the historic Equity Chambers Building and helmed by Executive Chef Sam Moore. Moore's menu heroes ingredients sourced directly from local high quality producers.
We loved tasting our way through the menu. Highlights include an elegant dish of Hiramasa kingfish crudo with Harding’s orchard apples, celery and horseradish as well as beautifully cooked Portland blue eye cod served with luxurious lemon and caper butter and broccoli cream and stunning Rangers Valley MBS 5+, wagyu striploin served with heady black garlic and warrigal greens. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure you try the scrumptious Valrhona caramelia mousse that is served with lashings of caramel. You can thank us later.
