Cherry Garden offers fine Cantonese cuisine in the heart of Singapore. The interior evokes the essence of Chinois chic, akin to entering a private Oriental residence, where guests feel immediately at home.
We loved tasting our way through the menu which features well presented Cantonese cuisine. Everything tasted beautiful – a testament to the kitchen’s endeavours to source the finest, freshest ingredients which incorporate seasonal produce.
Highlights include the Steamed cod fillet with housemade soy sauce, roast meat including the most unctuous and crispy roasted pork as well as the beady sumptuous five grain fried rice with vegetables and Chinese mushrooms.
A further highlight of Cherry Garden is the wide selection of Chinese teas and the extensive wine list, which offers a balanced selection of old and new world wines, specially selected to match with Asian cuisine.
