We loved tasting our way through the menu with highlights including the brinjal delight which is ridiculously addictive. Thin slices of brinjal are caramelised and served with dried chilli. The result is a spicy, tangy flavour matched with the crispy brinjal slices. Just yum.
Another must-have is the glorious, steamed Hong Kong-style black halibut fillet. Expect exquisitely fresh fish steamed to perfection in an umami-laden sauce perfect to enjoy with fluffy steamed rice.
For something heartier, make sure you try the USDA Black Angus "Choice" Rib Eye. Grilled to perfection, rested and then cubed, the steak is served with condiments including a fried rice caramelised with beef drippings (also known cheekily known as ‘heart attack’ fried rice.
To finish, we recommend you try the durian pengat which is rich and creamy warmed durian served with a side of coconut milk. This is one for the durian lovers!
