We started our culinary journey at Cityfields with a delightful appetiser of focaccia paired with a luscious pumpkin dip. The warm and fluffy focaccia, with its golden crust was the perfect canvas for the velvety pumpkin goodness.
Next up, was the Seared Beef Salad - beautifully plated with sliced beef, juicy tomatoes, radish, sprouted lentils, rocket, and a medley of fresh herbs.The tender beef, seared to perfection, is perfectly balanced by the crispness of the vegetables and the peppery rocket leaves.
For pasta aficionados, the Spaghetti Frutti di Mare transports you to the shores of the Mediterranean. The subtle heat of chili and the robust aroma of garlic add a touch of Mediterranean allure.
For mains the Wood Roasted Chicken was a highlight. Succulent chicken, infused with the goodness of olive oil, lemon, and fragrant oregano exemplified the perfect balance of rustic simplicity and vibrant flavours.
The High Country Trout was another winner and was a celebration of the freshest catch.
