We loved tasting our way through their delicious menu.
An absolute highlight was the Toho Qorumisi Hemir - a stew-like chicken dish with stir fried spices and curry leaves cooked with potatoes, capsicum and a specialty homemade sauce on a bed of addictive chewy flat noodles. This dish is a must-have when visiting Dolan Uyghur Cuisine!
Another highlight was the Achiq qurup chop which is a dry stir fried noodles with chilli, garlic chives, roasted sesame and your choice of lamb, beef or chicken. We opted for the beef and it was simply beautiful. Think slippery oodles of noodles laced in umami laden sauce with just the perfect hint of chilli.
A visit to Dolan Uyghur Cuisine would of course be incomplete without the Zih kawap – Dolan’s most popular and exotic charcoal lamb skewers. Another crowd pleaser is also the gosh naan, beautiful pastry stuffed with minced beef, onion and black pepper. Just yum!
