Our culinary journey at MANHATTAN commenced with their take on the Pani Puri. Simply fill the s crunchy stuffed wafer spheres with spicy tangy herb infused water and enjoy a flavour explosion!
The Jhol Muri was similarly delicious. We loved the beautiful pastry topped with puffed rice, onions and peanuts tossed with mint and tamarind.
The Murg Tikka was one of our favourite dishes of the night. Wonderfully tender boneless chicken had been beautifully marinaded in tangy yogurt coriander, curry powder, cilantro and a pinch of salt. Simply beautiful.
For something heartier and perfect for the winter cold, the curries are a must. Think luxurious Prawn Curry featuring plump prawns served with gorgeous heady and creamy curry infused with selected whole spices and herbs.
Our visit concluded on a sweet high with the Pot of Surprise. Spoiler alert! Currently only available on weekends, the Pot of Surprise dessert features layers of daulat ki chaat and gulab jamun and is finished with a delectable brownie crumb. We loved the light and airy texture of the daulat ki chaat paired with the richness of the gulab jamun.
