‘Finding Emo burger’ series at Tank Fish and Chippery
/Tank Fish and Chippery has become one of the finest fresh fish and chips venues in Melbourne and the team have now developed the ‘Finding Emo burger’ series, a menu of original burger specials.
The special menu will feature three fish burger recipes with distinguishing black squid ink brioche buns.
The fish burgers on offer include:
1) Squid Ink battered barramundi, served with slaw and a mild Sriracha sauce
2) Grilled salmon, served with lemon and dill mayo and mint and cucumber slaw
3) Parmesan crumbed flathead fillet, served with mint and cucumber slaw and harissa
mayo
Our personal favorites were the barramundi and flathead varieties for the extra crunch factor in the coating of the fish and the accompanying slaw. The fish in each burger was cooked to perfection and highlighted the freshness of the ingredients.
Already renowned for its trademark fish and chips, Tank is set to launch the ultimate set of fish burgers which will be available at the Emporium and Carlton Tank venues from the 19th of September.
