Gontran Cherrier pop-up @ Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

Gastrology recently tried some authentic and delicious treats at the Gontran Cherrier pop-up at Melbourne Food and Wine Festival's Urban Dairy pop-up. 

Gontran Cherrier is a famous French, fourth generation baker who has over 20 boulangeries worldwide. He is opening his first Australian bakery in June 2016 in Collingwood, however has his pop-up at the Urban Dairy now until March 13th. 

The pop up is a sneak peek into the son to be launched Collingwood bakery, boasting Cherrier’s signature decadent creations, including buttery croissants, fragrant baguettes and delicious squid-ink rolls. 

Expect to find both traditional and unique food created with the highest-quality, imported French ingredients!
