Under the guidance of Chef Morgan McGlone (Belles Hot Chicken) and wine expert Mark Protheroe, the bar serves delicious small plates in homage to chefs from MasterClasses past, complemented by an exclusively Victorian wine list.
Think falling off the bone beef short rib inspired by David Chang (Momofuku Ssam Bar, New York), and perfectly grilled swordfish, parley, mussels inspired by Christian Puglisi (Relæ, Copenhagen). Simply delicious!
