Little Prince Wine x Mitchelton Wines

Last night, Gastrology attended an intimate event at Little Prince Wine where we​ enjoy​ed​ a curated 3 course culinary feast paired with the finest wines from Mitchelton. ​We loved being guided through each course by the Little Prince Wine Sommelier Laurent Rospars and Head Mitchelton Wine Maker, Victor Nash.

Little Prince Wine served up a stunning feast - think scallop and prawn ravioli topped with luxurious corn custard and crayfish sauce as well as perfectly cooked dry aged duck with sweet and sour prune and olive.

On the wine front, Mitchelton's new Gabriella Possum Nungurrayi Collection wines truly impressed. ​The Heathcote Shiraz 2020 was a particular stand out. The wine boasted vibrant lifted red berry notes, pepper spice, and seamlessly integrated oak.
