The Melbourne Gin Company Christmas cocktails recipes
/As we approach the festive season, we thought we'd share four delicious cocktail recipes from MGC to help keep the Christmas cheer going throughout the summer holidays.
Keeping it Classy.
Think champagne and take it a bit further. The French 75 brings together celebration and summer in this classic cocktail. At the MGC we indulge in a vertically integrated cocktail. Distiller Andrew Marks makes both Gembrook Hill Blanc de Blancs and the MGC Melbourne Dry Gin which complement each other perfectly. We have substituted lemons for grapefruit which creates a flavour connection with the gin botanicals used in the MGC.

Taking it Easy
We feel that we may have the stumbled across the taste of summer with this. With pure ginspiration we present the Negroni Float, essentially an ice cream spider for adults.
Taking it next level we have combined two all time favourites, ice cream and Negroni. We recently road tested this funky take on the well-known classic at the Juniperlooza Festival and were overwhelmed with the response.
