Moretti Pop Up by Fatto

The Yarra River becomes the River Tiber this summer when Fatto Bar & Cantina hosts the “Moretti Pop Up”, celebrating all things Italian food and drink.

Following the successful Veuve Clicquot Airstream Pop Up last year, Fatto has partnered with Birra Moretti over December and January, taking over the area directly outside the cantina and the river, with a bar that fits 150 seated and standing.

Cross over Princes Bridge and feel like you are stepping into a piazza with a traditional
Piaggio serving Italy’s favourite beer, Moretti, as well as a range of wines from Innocent Bystander and Stonier and San Pellegrino sparkling.

A beer isn’t complete without some traditional Italian snacks, with Fatto offering a special menu for the Pop Up. Guests can choose from Fatto’s much loved pizzas like the Queen Margherita with tomato base, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil, Broccoli with blonde base, broccoli rabe, smoked mozzarella, chilli and almonds, or the Fatto! tomato base with spicy njuda, smoked mozzarella and majoram.

There is also a snacks menu which includes marinated olives, spice almonds, spicy pepperoni, parmesan & pickle skewers, or those wanting a little bit more can choose from the fried calamari, chips & lemon, roast porchetta & fior di latte panino or chips with aioli and house seasoning.

Grab a seat, a beer and some food by Fatto, and sit back and relax and take in the City skyline.

The Moretti Pop Up by Fatto is now open until 31st January and will be serving food and drink from 4pm until late Wednesday to Sunday. Close time will weather dependent so follow @fattomelbourne on istagram for updates.
