Pasta night at Caffe E Cucina

Gastrology recently indulged in Caffe E Cucina's pasta night where 3 courses (comprising of 4 different pastas) are served.

We loved each of our pasta courses. The gnocchi di ortica ai quattro formaggi was of particular note. Pillow soft homemade nettle gnocchi was served with an indulgent four cheese sauce and walnuts for counterpoint of crunch. It was absolutely stunning.

Having been around for more than twenty years Caffe E Cucina is a ‘little piece of Italy’ in Melbourne which pleases with wonderfully traditional Italian food, attentive service within an intimate atmosphere.
